The guy made me a program bases on my very crappy equipment, which is only 140 pound bar and plates, plus FID bench
Monday: incline bench, clean and press, pull-ups, bodyweight squats
Wednesday: flat bench, upright rows, pull-ups, deadlift
Friday:decline bench, standing press, pull-ups, overhead squat
HE didnt tell me how many reps/sets.
