Man that HST prgm is kicking my old ass! I have never been a huge stiff leg dead guy. Those SLDF's are kicking my ASS!! My legs are shaking like a baby by the time I get to the narrow grip and wide grip rows.

I've never done the HST program although I've looked at it several times as an option. I've had quite a few of my friends try it and with great success.
As for the SLDL's, those are a great exercise and in my humble opinion, should be considered one of the mandatory exercises in any lifting program.
