    at 25% body fat, would 2 30min cardio sessions per day be wise?

    also, who runs on an empty stomach in the morning and has gotten good results? I heard in order for the body to use muscle, the intensity of the cardio would have to be EXTREME.

    yes 25 % of bodyfat is high... I would say do high intensity cardio 5x a week once a day... combined with weight training and a good diet and you will melt it off like butter.

    Fasted cardio for 30 min is often recommended to hit fat deposits earlier.
    2 x 30 min cardio session on non lifting days would be OK.

    Maybe only 1 x 30 at the opposite end of the day to wherever you do your weights.

    There's a million opinions on this.

    Clean diet, reduced food intake under maintanance level, regular cardio and lots of water - usually provides good result.

    Hit it to hard and you increase the risk of lean muscle burn off.
