well... i've been lifting heavy for a couple months now (had a torn oblique so i had 100 days off)....
i weighed 245 2 weeks ago and started to keep a keen eye on what i've been eating....
today i weigh 235 and my goal is to weigh 210 by 10/29, my 28th birthday...
i have started to track my calorie consumption...
tuesday was 2100 cals
wednesday was 2300 cals
so far today, i've had ~1000 cals and will workout and eat my pwo, dinner, and have my snack and protein drink prior to bedtime (another 2-2400 cal day)..
im confident that i have around 175-185lbs of lean body mass currently...
diet is consisting of:
7am. vitamins, 1 serving of oatmeal, glasss of milk (flax and fish oil)
1130am. 1 chicken breast, small salad, fat free, low sugar salad dressing
230pm. handful of peanuts or 2 matzos
WO drink included 10g's of BCAAs (thank you scivation xtend)
PWO drink is cell tech (2for1 roped me in) 1/2 serving, 10g's BCAAs
~7pm dinner: 2 turkey burgers, or 8oz steak, or can of tuna with 3 whole harboiled eggs
~9pm snack: if didnt eat eggs for dinner i'll eat 1 or 2 here, if i did eat eggs for dinner, i'll have an apple or a grapefruit
~10/1030pm pre-bed protein shake (70g protein, 360cals) (flax and fish oil)
mid-sleep, 10g BCAA's (usually taken between 1am and 3am)

edit: i have taken all alcohol consumption out... it will suck, and i will get pissed off... once every 60 days as a cheat, imo.....
