Which is better? Green Tea or Extract?

I currently drink 2-3 servings of green tea per day
to aid in my weight loss.

Ive seen green tea extract mentioned many times
on this site, but is there is a difference?
    Which is better?

    Thanks!

Scivation Leangreen is an awesome supp. I advise taking it because it would take a lot of green tea to equal the amount of extract in the pills. I think doing both is a great idea (I do it because I love green tea).
