Does anyone drink Coke before they work out to get a nice caffeine boost? Can Coke be good pre-workout?
Also, if not, what is a good caffeine supplement?

Caffeine pills...buy them here at bbing.com store.
A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.

Coke has a lot of sugar in it, which is not good for someone who is into bodybuilding. Sure, the caffeine content is good and all, but the sugar is a no-no. Just look around at grocery stores in your area, or use the BodyBuilding.com store.

Standard cup of coffe=70-180mg of caffeine depending on strength. Most caffeine pills are dosed at around 200-250mg of caffeine per pill.
