    Pretty much, for dealdlift do hip height and hold it, overload the weight quite a bit. I do those all the time one of the best excerises I know.

    Don't bother with an alternated grip, though.

    But also, start doing (if you're not already) all your shrugs, deads, SLDLs, etc., with a regular grip. Make your forearms work often.
