I'm keeping a log of my L-Carnosine injects......got the vial today
Well I'm thinking of just doing chest, biceps, shoulder shots.
I will be starting the dosage at 1ml per muscle chest,shoulders,biceps.
I'm not to sure when to inject it into muscle 1 hour before, 30mins, 10mins etc.? I will do 1 hour on chest today and 10 mins with shoulders to see if i can tell a difference in when i should inject/workout.

Now im thinking of doing triceps also but for some reason very scared to do so.....i for some reason am scared ****less to do a tricep injection even though my triceps are very big.....
Stats 225lbs 5'8 10% bodyfat
Bench - 285 8 times
Incline - 275 8 times
Straight bar curls - 140 8 times
Preacher curls - 155 8 times
Skull crushers - 145 8 times
