Iv'e heard of people on the board that do HIIT cardio twice a day every once in a while two melt off fat. What do you people think of this plan/Two a days in general? ----
Cardio in the morning, then cardio at 8:30 at night (an hour before I go to bed). I plan on not eating before the morning cardio, or after the night cardio. I am thinking this would bring fat storage to almost zero. Now, I realise this may be thought of as "over training"; but I plan on only doing this for one week. And of that one week, only three days ( Tue, Thur, Sat).
Thanks for all replies. Really need you guys to help me with this. I'm more than willing to bust my arse if it is worth it.

My stats aside...
I am doing this to burn off a little pudge at the bottom of my six pack for a contest. It's next sunday. I want to make sure I don't get anything stored AT ALL.
