Just wanna see what you guys think of this routine and if you have any suggestions to improve it.
Sunday (legs, biceps):
Squats 3x8
front squats 2x8
deadlifts 3x8
barebells curls 3x8
preacher curls 3x8
Monday (chest, cavles):
Incline bench 3x8
barebell or dumbell bench 2x8
incline flies 3x8
calf raises 3x8
single leg calf raises 2x8
Tuesday (cardio):
30 minute jog or bike
Wednesday (Back, abs):
widegrip pull ups 3x8
bent over barebell rows 3x8
dumb bell rows 2x8
sit ups on a swiss ball
hanging leg lifts
Thursday(shoulders, triceps):
Dumbell military press 3x8
laterals 3x8
back laterals 3x8
close grip bench 3x8
skullcrushers 3x8
Friday (cardio):
30 minutes run or bike
Saturday: Rest

wide grip pullup = big no no.
Curls and preachers? = big no no., Do preacher and hammer curls
Chest, do flat bench, incline and decline.
Shoulders = bent over raises
back = add some rows to that...
Tricep = You need pushdowns, swop them with something else.
My 2 cents, my not approve... but thats what i would do.
Other than that, looking good :O

Bent over raises, just lay on your side.
Pullups, do them shoulder width, widegrip will realy hurt you.
Instead of tricep pushdowns, lie down on a bench, or anything else... and lower the DB behind your head... or, set two chairs up, and put ur feet on one, and your arms on the other, stomach facing up. slower your body, then raise it. Works well, kinda like a dip, only without the machine.
You CAN do rows with DB, face towards the ground (bent over) and pull the DB up, then lower.. repeat... etc.
You know what hammer curls are ? they are great.. do them, with DB as well..
So really, you can do everything with DB.
