    Front Squat Form Advice please.

    in set 1, my knees extend further out (they track over my toes) than they do in set 2.

    You changed you stance significantly in set 2 - why?

    your stance was wider, you turned your feet out a lot.

    any reason why?

    if you look at video from high level olympic lifters, they keep their stance close and feet together.

    and put some weight on the bar, you aren't gonna see big differences with either with 100lbs on the bar.

    I think he wants to make sure his form is on before he tries to nail the big weights.

    Set 1 is better.

    Put both feet under the bar when you take it out of rack. Respect the weight, even if it's light.
