On March 24th I was doing Flat Bench Dumbbell press when my shoulder awkwardly went out of position due to my Hyper-mobile shoulders. I took two weeks off and it didn't heal. I took another week afterwards and still no healing. I can move my shoulders all around and every which way, but when I lift weights for example with shoulder press, I begin to feel pain again. I'm not sure if it is a strain or very minor tear but I am curious to know what it might be. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
