    Thoughts on cardio while bulking?

So he says it'll keep you lean while you're bulking, but is that because you're in less of a caloric surplus? Or does cardio magically melt the fat while still being able to build the same amount of muscle?

I wouldn't mind doing cardio now that I have more time to exercise and eat.

I like to do LISS while on a bulk, so anywhere between 45-60 mins of step master a week. While it does reduce the effect of your caloric surplus, there's more benefit to doing cardiovascular exercises than just for losing weight,

Just eat in the surplus that satisfies your goals and you can do all the cardio you want. Cardio will just up your TDEE so you will have to eat more. Just ask yourself why you want to do cardio tho. If all you want to do is lean bulk, cardio is not necessary.Just eat in a lower surplus
