Bf%
What's my BF? On internet tests I usually get between 14-16.
I'm about 5'5(165 cm) and weigh 138(64 kg).
Where's all the weight? I've seen some people here around my weight, and they're often really big.
And btw, is my abs good enough for a decent sixpack.
I'm going to start training in a gym soon I think.

17 views, come on.
2 weeks ago or something I discovered a little lump in my right nipple, I thought it was weird.
I asked my dad and he said it was normal during puberty.
Then I wanted to know more about gyno, because it's mentioned pretty often here.
And a lump in the nipple is a gyno-sign, and it's sore too.. damn..
Is it visible? Do I have bitch tits? There's some people with gyno where I can't see the problem at all..

They have low bf (10%), and they train hard too. So, we see their muscle mass definition!

I dont know about bf (I dont even know mine either).
Let assume ur bf is 17%,
and u weigh 138 lbs.
To get to 7%, u need to lose (17%-7%)*138 = 13.8 lbs.

Lump in your right nipple could be a vein underneath also ..
Have a doc lookie if it's worrying you ..
could be an ultra elite bacteria node lurkin in your nip waiting to vreate some pimples in the worst of places by shooting out lil clones of itself into your body ..
yes Im serious

I had that during puberty as well. Went away when I got older.

Wow, I only need to lose about 6 kilos, so my target weight will be 59 kilos. Great.
But bulk first right?
It's possible to train and gain without bulking and adding all that fat right?
Isn't that what clean bulking is?
Will this work?:
Monday: Rippetoe stuff(haven't decided yet, but squats, benchpress etc.)
Tuesday: HIIT
Wednesday: Rippetoe stuff(haven't decided yet, but squats, benchpress etc.)
Thursday: HIIT
Friday: Rippetoe stuff(haven't decided yet, but squats, benchpress etc.)
Is it just better to drop the HIIT?
Is this healthy food?
This is normally what I would eat during a day:
Breakfast: Muesli with milk or toasted bread with butter and jam.
Lunch: Random fruits at school(free).
After school: Muesli with milk or toasted bread with butter and jam.
Dinner: Random, but often stuff like spaghetti and different meals with rice.
Supper: Muesli with milk or toasted bread with butter and jam.
I think I got all my questions in there.
Something may sound really noobish.

drop the butter and jam

Make sure thats skim milk you are taking. I would add another meal or 2 to keep your metabolism up. Since you are allergic to fish eat chicken, chicken, and o! did I mention chicken? Lean beef is good too, not too often each week though. I suggest using www.fitday.com to organize what you eat. Make sure to record everything, and I would start by aiming for 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats.
