I work out 5 days a week sometimes twice a day. My body looks better and batter but my hair is terrible: unmanageable and inanimate.
I keep low fat diet: 20 grams per day and I take flaxseed oil and fish oil regularly. So I don’ think it is because of fat shortage. I wash my hair every day with “every day shampoo”, although my hair master said me do not do it so frequently,, but I sweat a lot in the gym and my hair is still oily if I just rinse it.
Please share with me what do you use for every day hair care? What treatment products help you to have shiny and healthy hair?
