    Phenibut Causing Joint Pain?

Has anyone else noticed a joint pain side effect from daily use of Phenibut between 2-4 grams?

That is the first time I have ever heard of such a thing. What other supplements are you taking? Do you train heavy? Have you taken a break from training recently?

I have not heard of that before either. But if you are taking Phenibut daily, it probably would not hurt you to stop for awhile as your body will produce a tolerance to it. So stopping will let you not build that tolerance and allow you to see if it is indeed the phenibut causing the pain
Each day is a chance to be better than the last!

Actually, I've been training a bit lighter than usual the last few weeks.

I worked out today (shoulders) on my lunch hour in my company's fitness center. Not only have I been getting joint aches since I started the phenibut, I've been getting odd muscle soreness. It wouldn't be unusual for me to get DOMS two days after some heavy squats. But today *immediately* after a moderate shoulder workout, I had muscle soreness (which IS unusual). I don't mean muscle fatigue, I mean muscle soreness... a weird kind of ache that is similar to the kind in my joints. It was like having DOMS, minus the delayed part. That is not something that happens often, or ever, really.

It feels like the OPPOSITE of what Purple Wraath does. Instead of lessened muscle aches, it is amplified INSTANT muscle ache. I can't think of any other factors that might be involved.

    Supplements I'm taking:

    Creatine (Storm)
Phenibut (2-4g a day in the evening)
Piracetam (2500-5000mg a day, broken up)
    L-Theanine (500mg-1g in the evening)

    Thanks for any suggestions/help.

Try consuming some fish oil to help with the joint problems.
