Smile Knee pain

Ok guys, need some advice. I've been working out and eating healthy for about the last month ((Not calling it dieting, it's definately more of a lifestyle change)). I've had some problems with my knees in the past, but lately the left knee, kind of on the right side at the bottom of the knee, has been aching really badly, any suggestions on what i might do to ease the pain a bit, so it doesn't affect my workouts? I'm down to 235 now from 247 the track i definately want to stay on, I don't want to just up and quit my workouts, because i do have to admit I feel better lately than i have in a very long time. Also, i feel guilty when i don't work out, I do about a half hour of cardio perday ((usually a good thirty minutes of walking aprox. 2 miles)) then about an hour or so with the weights per day.

I was having knee and elbow weirdness about a month after I got into it. I started taking a joint supplement and the pain has gone away. I know there are debates as to whether or not they supplements are effective but I will say I think they are. Maybe give it a shot. =)

don't aggrevate knee pain. Stop until it improves or you run the risk of staying off of it for a very long time. been there
