just started taking fish oil capsules and have a problem with burping it up. It tastes nasty. Anyone have the same issue.

is a well known phenomenon. Try taking only 1 softgel in the morning and 1 in the evening. Also, if you get concentrated fish oil, you'll get twice as much Omega-3s with the same amount of oil.

Brush your teeth and try not to breath on anyone. It's one of those not-so-good side effects you get with supps.

But it's no where near as bad as whey concentrate gas.

I've jsut started taking flax seed oil capsules, they are 1000mg in dosage. I was going to be taking 3 1 capsule dosages? What amount of Flax seed oil is suggested for someone who is working out 5 times a week with a good diet?

Yes, I've had this problem before will the fish oil capsules. That is why I switch to just the liquid. I never burp up the fish oil in liquid form plus most fish oil products are flavored with lemon or peppermint so taste isn't so bad. I also have a little juice or something to chase it down.
