it took me 4 months to get a six pack,
well wat i define as a six pack, u c, over the summer i decided to lose 50 lbs, and get to around 8-11%bf, and i was succesfull.
a 6 pack cant just be seen, it has to be felt. By this i mean, for it to be a true 6 pack, the gruves have to be deep and cut up nicely lol. i think u get wt i mean

i'm skinny and decently low bf, but i don't have a six pack. i'm bulking to make them bigger, then cutting so i can actually see them

I've been bodybuilding for about 8 months and I am just now starting to get real abdominal definition. Sometimes when I'm walking around the house with a shirt off and I look in the mirror I can see a 6 pack when I bend certain ways.

For some reason, my abs are ALWAYS visible, even when bulking hard.
I put fat on over my entire body, not just my stomach.
It's more influenced by estrogen, I believe, than by cortisol in my case.
We'll see if nolva clears that up, but a nice side effect is that I can always see my abs. This account was created for the purpose of roleplaying and satire. i wanted abs for ages and did so much ab exrecises i got massivly deep grooves under the fat, i didn't know that the fat had to be lost back then and just kept doing em with no fat loss.
If i lose the fat my abs will actually be sickeningly deep compared to the rest of my body, im trying to lose the fat now that i understand it takes fat loss not muscle gain, it's stupidly obcious but i only discovered around 6 months ago,
