Today was Chest and it was ****ty. Place was packed beyond belief, but I did get about 3 different exercises in.
Did Bench - 1x12 135, 1x8 155, 1x5 165, 1x2 175, 1x10 135
Pec Machine - don't know how much, but was like half the stack
Incline Bench 2x10 115, 2x4 135
That was it for today, but from now on I'm going to start lifting in the mornings. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but aien't no buddy wanna lift this heavy ass weight.

I woke up early to work out this morning and was dragging ass. It's hard to get the machine started early in the morning. I felt like such a bish. I wasn't anywhere near what I can do at deadlifts, but my hands felt like they were made out of butter, they hurt so bad right from the start.
I did do a lot of exercises, but not with the red hot INTENSITY that I usually have.
Exercises
Deadlifts

Seated bent over flys on an incline
Lawnmowers
Seated Cable Pull
Bent over press (like a chest press but pulling them up)
I'm not including the weights because it is still early and I need to get my ass in gear for the day.
Updates
~Been feeling lethargic lately and just wanting to sleep all day yet I stay up until 3 or 4 and don't wake up until 12:30 the next morning (class is at 1:00pm).
~Have noticed a loss in appetite. At the start of the log I was eating like a horse. Now I'm eating, but I've lost interest and not hungry - sorta sucks.
~Vascularity is still great. As soon as I woke up in the morning yesterday my arms looked like roadmaps , which I thought was bad ass.
~Acne has gone away.
~Haven't noticed the soreness anymore. Noticed it for about 2 weeks and then it went away. Nothing like what I hear people complaining about.

Another off day/day down the drain. Went out again since I haven't been out in a while even though I went out the night before. Had a good time a real good time, but I don't count or allow my body to be jeopardized for it. Tomorrow is going to be back to business with Arms and studying for a Physics midterm that is going to suck..

Just decided I'm going to try and win the Neogenix ''NEO'' contest and win that bad ass trophy. I'll be done with the X-Factor in a few days and then will start my major transformation. Still looking for a few stack suggestions, but not sure.
When I'm done with the X-Factor, I'll still have:

Overall Feeling
Felt good today. As you can see from the pictures there has been an improvement. Was tired all day, but fired it up during the workout by drinking my Green Wraath. Haven't been able to eat as well because I've been sleeping a lot and with the cafeteria only being open at certain times I've missed meals.
My expectations of X-Factor fell short. I thought the DOMS would increase siginificantly, but they haven't/didn't. It was somewhat bad, but not what I expected.
Future
I'm thinking about getting Aplodan. I know its MuscleTech, but from what I hear creatinol prosphate can really help with triggering dormant muscle fibers. I don't know who else sells it besides MuscleTech (reps for answers/links).Last edited by NastyNally; 10-22-2007 at 11:17 PM.

its too bad bro, but hows everything else? the gains that is?
I just finished my 50 day xfactor cycle, i didnt feel much doms either, but the gains were solid so was the strength gain. you can read up on it in my review in my sig.

Gains are good, I've gained about 7 pounds. From the pictures it looks definetly like lean body mass. I am definetly looking into Aplodan because I've heard great things minus the fact it is MuscleTech. My strength gains are also solid, I've gone from not being able to concentration curl 20s to curling 35s 8x. I have really noticed a big increase in strength gains.
