    Cool Workout help

Hi all!! I am a 31 year old guy who got into weight lifting about a year and a half ago. I am doing the Monday/Wednesday/Friday routine, circuit training for an hour, then hitting the treadmill for 20-25 minutes. I am currently 5'11 190 lbs, bench pressing 255. I've set a personal goal to get my bench up to 275 by mid 2002, and would like some advise on how to get there. I have been doing the same routine for about 3 months, and would like some fresh ideas. Thanks for any help!

    Thumbs up

20 lbs on bench should not be a problem, but when you say your pushing 255, how many reps are we talking. One way is to start doing 10-8-6 reps on your flat bench with hard work you should have that in no time. But more important you have to make sure your training the rest of your body correctly. Make sure you working your whole body equally. Your shoulders "not to mention everyting else" play a huge role in your bench. There are several good exercises that will help increase your bench. big daddy
