bowflex dumbells or olympic dumbells bar

Hello i would like know which is better
bowflex dumbells or the olympic dumbells bar

if yes then how much weight you can put on them

Go with the olympic dumbell handles-they can hold 100+lbs each. Those bowflex dumbells max a 52.5lbs (if i recall) which will be far too light for you in no time at all.
Also, the bowflex ones will cost you more.

(btw-I have and use olympic dumbell handles-this is from experience)

Bump.

It will cost you less money in the longrun and you will be able to use more weight than the bowflex dumbells allow. There are some other adjustable weight dumbells on the market, but they tend to be rather expensive. IMO, not worth the money.

Bump. You can put well over 100 on them easily, just need enough small plates. I use 25s and lower on mine.
