wussup everyone I'm currently on a cutting phase. I wanted to know the best routine for cutting. right now i do a three day split:
monday: chest, arms, abs cardio 30 min.
tuesday: cardio 45 min.
wednesday: shoulders back cardio 30min.
thursday: cardio 45 min.
friday: legs abs cardio 30min.
sat and sun: off
Im kind of a cardio freak but I want to get thin. right now im pretty lean but im trying to get cut and i dont mind losing muscle because i gain muscle and fat pretty fast..
