Applied Nutriceuticals -RPM - Log

Now a little background on myself.
Age: 32
Sex: M
Height: 5'7
Weight: 197 lbs (currently dieting)
Bodytype: Endo-Meso
Training experience: Been lifting for 16 years. Started lifting for wrestling, then switched to focus more on bodybuilding.
Current Training Schedule: I lift Monday - Friday focusing on two major muscle groups.
Cardio Schedule: Low cardio, started bulking again.
Current supplements:
Multi-vitamin, Flaxseed Oil
Protien Shakes
Short Term Goal: Gain some muscle, boost over plateau.
Current Diet & Macros:
I always consume 7 + meals a day. Many small high protien snacks
Current Daily Water Intake: I'm currently getting between 1 - 2 gallons a day

Took two pills to gage tolerance even though bottle said 4.
Day 1: 09/04/07
Weight: 197
Chest/Back/Calve Day:
Here is a quick breakdown of the routine:
DB Flat: 110, 120, 120 x 7-11
DB Rows: 90, 90 x 8-10
Mach Press: 90, 90 x 15
Hammer Incline: 315, 325, 335 6-10
Leg Ext.:260, 260, 267 x 10
Abs weighted Crch: 80, 85, x 10-15
Energy: A little increase about 30 min. later
Heat and Sweating Effect: Increase a bit. I felt hottier.
Sleep: Not really affected
Strength: No noticable difference
Endurance: No noticable difference
Aggression: Increased slightly
Appetite: NC
Libido: NC
Pumps: Normal
Mood: Nothing really
Acne: NC
Body Aches: No
Headache's: No
No negative sides to report of.

Took two pills again, will increase too three next time.
Weight: 197
Chest/Back/Calve Day:
Here is a quick breakdown of the routine:
DB Curl Conc: 50, 60, 60 x 6 to 10 reps
SK: 110, 130, 135 x 7-10 reps
21s: 70, 70
PressD:120, 130 x 10 reps
Conc Bi Machine: 120, 130 x 10
Abs: 130, 140 , 140 x 13-15 reps
Energy: A little increase about 30 min. later
Heat and Sweating Effect: Increase a bit. I felt hottier.
Sleep: Not really affected
Strength: No noticable difference
Endurance: No noticable difference
Aggression: Increased slightly
Appetite: NC
Libido: NC
Pumps: Normal

Took 3 pills starting today
Day 3: 09/08/07
Leg Day:
Here is a quick breakdown of the routine:
Leg Press: 450, 640, 800, 8 -10, 450 burnout
Ext: 240, 260, 267- x 8-10
Curl: 160, 167, 170 x 8 - 10
Calf raises: 340, 360, 360 x 8-10
Energy: A nice increase about 30 min. later
Heat and Sweating Effect: Increase a bit. I felt hottier.
Sleep: Not really affected
Strength: Felt stronger..mentally and physically
Endurance: Was able to powerfully press through the set...Breathing quite heavy though.
Aggression: Increased slightly
Appetite: NC
Libido: NC
Pumps: Increased
Mood: A bit more agressive
Acne: NC
Body Aches: No
Headache's: Slight tingling...not a headache though.
No negative sides to report of.
How much Caffeine is in each pill. Just cruious?

Will start 4 pills on workout days 9/12 and two pills on non workout days on the 15th.
