    Too much Digestive Enzymes???

    Hi, I was wondering that if its possibe to take too much digestive enzymes in a day... Like, would your body get lazy and stop producing the natural enzymes or what?

    I'm pretty sure your body would not stop producing natural enzymes, since a lot of enzymes you take orally are different than the enzymes you naturally produce. What exactly are you taking?
