i'm seriously doubting these bodyfat % I keep seeing here lol
by soft he means you still lack some definition, like if you were to cut down of some fat (everyone has fat not trying to put you down) then you'd weigh less. Someone who's 155 and has cut biceps and abs is going to look bigger than you at that weight.
Nice progress though dude. I know you might be expecting lots from your 6 weeks of training but it takes a while to gain some significant mass so don't get discouraged cause you're definatly on the right track.

when i started i was at 4%, now im at 10%, i use tanita scale which tells you body fat %. are these scales not accurate? or should i use those clips.
i was think if i bulk up to 80 kg with 15% fat, than cut down to 74kg with 8 or 9%, is it a viable goal?

Thats definitely a viable goal, but in my opinion and knowledge, I would recommend that you spend a little more time bulking up to 74 or 75kg while maintaining your low bodyfat. In the long run, I beleive that lean bulking will put muscle mass on you more quickly than if you bulked up and then cut down. If you take steroids, this isnt the case. But for natural guys, its the way to go.

you look about normal for your height and weight to be normal..... if your comparing yourself to someone who works out and has been for a long time and comparing yourself at ur height and weight to them dont do that, they have alot of muscle mass and then they are more than likely cut with a low bf at that weight... muscle is more dense than fat and all that too go read up some stuff on this site this site helped me alot i swear i can be a personal trainer in a few months go read

Maybe they're not accurate or you're not measuring correctly. I highly doubt you were 4%, that's right around pro bodybuilders on stage and not just seeing pics but if you've seen them in person on an IFBB stage you'd see what 3-4% really looks like. They literally look like anatomy charts.

Scales are very inaccurate, use the calipers.
You don't look like 10% in the second pic...probably closer to 15. And theres no way you were 4% in the first lol.
Id say 10% in the first pic, 15% in the next.

I wouldnt even say 10% in the first pic, he is lacking definition even in that one.
11% first pic
13% second pic

Wtf... 6 weeks aint enough to get big, take a picture in 6 months and you'll see a pretty good difference. Keep it going for years and you will be big

Its really how you look thats more important than your weight.
Your wight can depend on height, bone structure and many things which dont really matter.
Just keep hitting the iron and you'll get your goals. Takes more than 6 weeks too btw!

Since he's my height and outweighs me by 20 lbs or so, I'd venture to guess that warakawa has a bigger rib cage.
- Warakawa, do you have any chest/waist/hip measurements? You could just simply be wider in the torso, but it doesn't show without much muscle definition.

Screw the weight and focus on your workout. Too much wasting worrying about numbers IMO. Hit the weights hard and eat well. Results will come in time.

I think you should just keep bulking for quite a while and also get a haircut.

I kind of think the long hair makes you look soft too, I feel that having longer hair makes you look smaller somehow. I can't really explain it, it may make your head look bigger than you have a big head and a skinny neck and just look smaller. I'm not sure just something I personally think. But yeah it's just 6 weeks bro. Don't take pictures for a while and then you'll see a big difference in 6+ months.

There is nothing wrong with your progress, your scale is garbage my father has one and its very inaccurate.
I reckon you are over 10% bodyfat in both pictures which is why you look softer by comparison to others with lower body fat and same weight.
Keep up the good work.
