Seeking Reccomendation on Protein Bars
I am seeking one that is good for a quick meal replacement. Not a daily thing.. just for those times (like this morning) when i couldnt get my meal in.
I picked up one that had 300 cals 30g protein, 36g carbs but 12g sugars.
I am trying a 40/40/20 nutrition regimen.
Any rec's?
Thanks!

VPX Zero Impact are pretty good. Very filling.
My favorites though are Cliff Builder Bars. Low Fat, good Protein to Carb ratio. They also have the best taste I've ever had. More like a good candy bar. My favorite aspect about them is the ingredients list contains no crap whatsoever.

Another vote for Pure Protein. Lower carbs (18-19g) than many other bars, no sugar, average protein (19g), but a bit high in saturated fat (3.5g per bar; 5g total fat).
Pros: Taste great. Especially the Smores variety.
Cons: The sugar alcohols can make you fart. Repeatedly. DON'T eat before a date.

I love the Cliff Builder Chocolate Mint...it tastes like those mint girl scout cookies!! 20g of sugar though.

I like MetRx and Promax protein bars. They taste good and curb your hunger for a while.
