although the first pic is a year or so old, it really could be considered as being 4 months old as i really wasn't serious big time until early december/ very late november of 2004.
My strength and appearance 14 months ago, APPROXIMATELY when it was taken (I am not sure of the exact date) and 4 months ago- was virtually identical, as i was only working out haphazardly and not seriously so i stayed the same. This was also shown in that my lifts remained the same!
anyway here they are hehe
