Looks good, you don't have to write out the "sets of" just say 3x10..

hey man,you seem to be off to a good start,just keep eatin and liftin your lifts are gunna shoot up,Good luck,and dont be shy to introduce your self to the board,im sure they will be willing to help.

Im working out everyother day on upper and lower body 1 day upper next day lower so heres mine for upper and i have been slacking a little bit on my journal
Barbell=21lbs
3x10 benches
3x10 drag curls
3x10 curls
Dumbell= 10 lb and 15 lb
3x10 curls both weights
Other
3x10 pushups

You designed yourself
You need to start some shoulder work man, try some of these out.
BB Shoulder presses, in front and behind head.
BB Upright Rows, how the bb at your waist with your hands far enough apart so your thumbs will touch, and bring the bb to your nipple area.
Onehand Lateral Raises, Hold a DB at your side and lift with a straight arm up, do it to the front and to the side, and then bend over like you are to do bent bb rows, and do them for your rear delts.
You need to start working on Tri extentions also, instead of doing so many curls do 2 sets of curls and 2 sets of tri extentions. You can also do behind your back dips for tris they are an awesome bw tri move. same with leaning forward dips for chest.
I would say to start working your back more than your chest. or at least even them out.
