Hi all
I'm 210 lbs and about 20% bf.
I train 3-4 times per week for 3 months. And I started to use Weider fat burner. One serving with lunch, and one serving 30 minutes before workout. And I have a question.
Should I use my fat burner in everyday? (Two or one serving for off days?)
Or should I use it only in my training day?
There is nothing about my question on it's label.

I like to do the same thing! I go monday thru thursday non stop and then usually take off Friday. But i always take the weekends off just so my body can recover from all of the extra stress thats been put on it.
