Does it make sense for me to starve myself and try to lose most bodyfat ?
Then gain weight in the form of muscle, by working out and eating low carb, low fat, high protein food.
This seems logical to me.
I started working out about 2 mths ago. My progress have been slow when it comes to losing the fat on my abdomen. The rest of my body (arms, calves) are coming along really nice.
Except I can't lose that abs fat. Apparently, doing crunches don't burn those fat or turn those fats into muscles.
So I really cant figure out how to lose it !!!
