My first few days on the stack have gone like this:
Taste: The protein tastes average. It is not up there with ON products in this department, but much better than some of the cheap brands I have tried..
The R3 and Sizagen are both above average in this department. They both taste pretty good for the products they are.
Mixability: Decent on all the products. Again. Not the strongest point of the supplements, but definitely not a weakness.
Effects: I have definitely experienced greater energy and recovery. I have been getting through practices and maintained my explosiveness. I have cramped up a bit. I definitely attribute some of this to the supplements. I haven't maintained my hydration throughout the day well enough since classes started this week. I will make sure to do so tomorrow and see how the cramping goes.
So far so good though. I am looking forward to the increased hop in my step throughout the season.

If you start to cramp then stop taking the Sizeagen. Make sure you stay on the sports cleanse to keep your kidneys flushed with creatine, but also drink the R3 2x a day and plenty of water.. I personally take the creatine usually the day after my games during the season and on just lifting days. Once the creatine is in your body you do not need to keep taking it daily especially as an endurant athlete. I will be sending you some test b and joint pack to add into your program. This will keep you strong and feeling good throughout the season. Let us know if you have any questions we are to help.

Okay. I would like to update this more often, but with the first week of classes and my first game of football in college, I have had a hard time getting time to get my thoughts in writing.
Good thing is I have been taking it and noting the results personally.
I have LOVED the results in the last week. I have felt like I was the most energetic guy on the field most of the time. A week ago (after training camp and right before I started taking the supps) I felt dead and now I feel great every day. Lifting has gone very well the last couple sessions. I don't ever max out in season but the sets I have been doing have felt very good.
No negative effects. I took sizeagen on gameday and did not cramp up (And at least 10 guys got cramps on that hot day)
Granted I played pretty much exclusively special teams.
On a personal note I was one of I beleive just three straight from High School freshman to make the dress roster of 45 players this past week week. We lost a very tight game to the reigning conference champions.

Okay, final review. I still have some left of several of the supps, but I'm all out of pills.
Taste:
Whey X. Average. I've tasted better powders but I've also tasted worse. I've kinda gotten sick of the taste. A bit too bland. C
R3 and sizagen. Above average. I thought these tasted pretty good and they were products that usually taste pretty bad on their own, so I was happy with this. They are very strong and sweet. Sometimes a good thing and sometimes a bad thing I think. B
Pills. Tasted like pills.
Effects:
I loved these products. Practices were all very good while using this stack. I felt well recovered every day.
I could be tired all day and when I take the performance pack before practice, I just become vitalized.
No noticeable side effects.
A for the stack's overall performance
other
Mixability was decent as I said before.
The containers look good.
I like the size of the capsules. Capsules for me are much easier to swallow.
My overall grade is an A. It's all about the performance and I found this stack truely helped me perform at my highest capability.
On the personal note, I have started the last four games and played well. I may have a good shot at the conference Rookie of the Year award.
