    Natural Sugars?

Is there a limit to how much "Natural" Sugars one should consume on a Cut?

Not Including Fructose Sugars, but mainly off of Vegetables/"Squash"?

Pumpkin has become my main carb source, and after eating 4 Cans+ a day, im getting over 80 grams of Sugar from Pumpkin/Other Vegetables. (not including Lactose sugars)

**Also-->Pumpkin=Good eats later at night on a cut, as long as it is paired with Protein right? (1-2 Cans)

    Smile Carb macros . . .

The natural sugars in fruits & veggies should not pose a problem. I'd say ur carbohydrate macro plan would set the upper limit.

It's the refined sugars u need 2 watch. USDA recommends no more than 8% of total calories should come from refined sugars.

I love pumpkin as is, but I'd be all over it cutting, calorically sparse as it is.

And itd still be beneficial/optimal to eat later at night? (say 1-2 cans)? Paired with a protein source?

Sorry for the seemingly strange question, i havent dealt with so much natural sugars before xD

Spaghetti Squash + PB FTW! Haven't tried adding whey to it yet.

Very good, and easy to make(just make some slits and throw it in the oven), and probly only 300kcal for the ENTIRE thing. It's a lot of food, I usually eat half and save the rest for another time.
