I am down to 15.9% bodyfat, from 35.5% over a year ago. (according to the BodPod air displacement test)
I would like to lose another 5% or so, but I do not know how I will look afterwards. My arms, shoulders, back, legs all look good and tight, but my chest, stomach and sides still have the fat/skin problem.
Don't notice it too much here.
Stomach.
Side.
Chest.
Middle Chest.
My biggest hate is for my stomach/belly button area. My whole life I have had the crease on my belly button from my fat flabs. I know it sounds nasty, but it's something anyone who is/was fat knows about.
I know my case of extra skin/fat is extremely minor compared to some people on here, and I am thankful. But... I would like to have a flat stomach/sides.
Anything to help? I drink plenty of water to help elasticity.
