    2% Greek Yogurt

is there a huge difference between 2 percent greek yogurt or 1%? I eat greek yogurt because I cant down any more cottage cheese before bed. I just realized when I was eating it that Iv been eating 2% this whole time. Im trying to cut the fat out but I havnt getting enough fat in me through out the day. Does this make a huge difference?

    1. i've never seen 1%. just 0%, 2%, and whole.
    2. i doubt there's much difference.
    3. all that matters is that it fits w/in your cals and macro's.
    4. 2% doesn't even have much fat. it's what i eat. but i guess if you're eating a lot of it, it adds up. but if you're lacking fat, i'd add a more direct fat source.
    5. you can eat anything you want. doesn't have to be cc or greek yogurt.

If the OP needs more fat in his diet , is whole ( not 0/2% ) greek yoghurt not an option?

Curious as I've been fond of using the fat content in greek yoghurt to hit my macros.

Op it sounds like you are confused. First why are you cutting fat out? Secondly it sounds like you feel you have to eat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Do you enjoy either?

I wasn't eating the greek yogurt to get my fat intake in, my bad for the misunderstanding.

I was eating the GY so get good slow releasing protein in my before going to be so I stay in a anabolic state.
My question is does it matter if its 2% and not 1%

Since I am not getting enough greens in my diet only at breakfast, im going to get a veggie supplement

There is no need for slow releasing carbs before bed

You don't need to eat anything right before going to bed to stay in a net anabolic state. All you need is properly daily nutrition.

not too much. normally 2% is 5g fat per cup, while 1% is 2.5g of fat (obviously different per serving, area, etc) but thats general
