I am currently Lean bulking 17 years old my arms,chest, back and legs are all decently definded and decently bulked however i have always had a problem with fat around my stomach and i want to get the ripped 6 pack not just a crappy 4 pack. So I am just trying to keep carbs, fat and calorie intake lower. My question about post-workout is how many carbs should I take In? Even though i am not bulking should i still be taking in 100g of carbs after a workout or try and keep them lower to around 50? If i should keep them low how low? And if i should keep them high still how high. Thanks
