i wanna go to a store tommorow to buy a stimulant free fat burner but i dont know what they will have so can someone make a list of some good ones for me to look for. thanks

It's all about diet and exercise. Any possible benefit from those could be duplicated or greatly exceeded by doing something as easy as not drinking sugary drinks. Any exercise you get will increase your resting metabolism afterward greater than any of those either. One huge reason that stimulant-based fat burners tend to work is because stimulants supress your appetite. Pay attention to anyone who is on ******** or Ritalin during lunch, they almost have to force themselves to eat. If there was any product that was really effective, you figure docors would be prescribing them to obese patients. The only thing that really would work would be a myostatin blocker, but the ones on the market are ineffective and potentially dangerous.
