KNEES GO PAST TOES
it's called tandem lifting, it's an old type of lifting that used to be done in competitions but I don't think it's that prevalant now.

I'm not usually that critical of others, but those guys are idiots for doing that. They're just asking to get injured.

particular reason why? just because it's something you've never seen before doesn't mean it's bad, tandem lifting has been done for years mostly in the clean and jerk or the deadlift.

At the very least there's going to be exactly twice the normal odds of getting injured because there's 2 people lifting simultaneously. What do you think is gonna happen if one of them blows out their back or something during the jerk? The other lifter is gonna probably going to get injured as well now.

Dude, it's an easy power clean and jerk. Nothing for them to worry about.

It's an interesting lift.

A friend of mine and I tried that back in high school. We were considerably less successful than the two of them.

Must be pretty hard to coordinate the jerk.
I thought it was just going to be a tandem deadlift.
How many gymrats does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Seven. One to screw in the bulb and six to say, "Bro, you're huge, man! Ripped!"
