Barbell curl weight and many others stuck for nearly 4 months.
My BB curls have been stuck at 100 ~ 110 lbs for a long while now. More than 6 months ago my curl was around ~90 - 95, and I curl every week.....
A lot of my lifts have also been progressing this way since my last cut ended (4 months ago) and it's really getting on my nerves. I haven't put a lot of mass in the last 6 months either. (visibly gaining weight, but cannot tell if it's fat or muscle).
Some of my other lifts are
Bench: 220 x 8 , been like that for 2 months now, improved by a mere 5 pounds in 4 months...
DL: Consistently improving. Current 300 x 5
I'm 6'2 around 200lbs and run a 3100 - 3400 calorie diet (maintenance is 2700) also making sure I get at least 0.85 - 0.90/g protein per LB . I only work out 3 days a week and my last deload wasn't that far back too...
The hell am I doing wrong here? Every workout is starting to become a ''bad workout''.
Not sure if this affects anything but, I tend to oversleep on somedays. I also tend to lift at near max load (heaviest weight I can pull 10 reps with, sometimes failing at 8th near last sets).
