6 pack challenge!
went to my best mate's house the other today and he has a 44 inch waist and i have a 39 inch waist and he goes to me he can get a 6 pack before me LOOL he thinks chocolate has protein and builds muscle my arms are 13 inches and his are just 10 inches
I should this easily right? he cant even do pushups he does em on his knees still LOL
what shall i doo to get my 6 pack before him shall i start crunching or lose abit first i lost 1 lb last week

Get a helicopter to drop you 50 miles outside of some city in the desert with just water. I promise you by the time you make it to the city (if you even do make it) you'll have dropped about 50 pounds easily.
