my goal for summer (australia) +pic

so its summer here in australia in 3 months and i found my goal what i want to look like.

for those of you who know him his sonny bill williams the rugby player =D
his stats are 6"2 - 224 lbs

now my stats are 5"9 - 179 lbs -
how many lbs would i have to drop to match his stats but for my height.
i have been lifting on and off for 2 years now

it should be easily achievable with the stats you posted, aslong as you BF isnt making up a large % of your bodyweight, just cut till your happy, i hope your goals for next year are alot higher! 6'2 and just over 200LBS = not real big,most of that weight appears to be in his arms.

i no ay...but keep in mind they have lockyer and hunt out and some others that i cant recall...they could have won the premiership again but too many injuries owell

Warriors all the way.

Man, I reckon we're screwed now though... Sadly. With Jerome Ropati out and probably Manu and Wade too, imo that's over 50% of our attacking flare lost over only a couple of weeks due to injuries. Still a lot more talent but it'll be tough aye.

Manly will probably win the premiership though.
