    Question doing abs before or after cardio?????

    is it better to do abs before or after 15 minutes of cardio????

    15 minutes ? I don't think it's enough.15 minutes is how loing it takes me walking from my house to the gym,I do it everyday.

    You really need to do some research on the proper way to train, period. Cardio isn't even cardio at 15mins. You need a basic book, that discusses the balance of nutrition, cardio and weight training. If you keep deriving information in bits and pieces from threads you're not going to make progress. There is some great information on here, and there are some hilarious posts. Go to Borders, take some time. Make a real investment in yourself.

    With abs, it can be after or before. I would do it before. I would also increase the amount of cardio time, unless you're doing 15 minutes of cardio everyday.

    You guys are funny. I'd love to see your faces after 5 rounds of boxing cardio, and tell me 15 minutes is meaningless.

    To answer your question, I'd probably do the abs before cardio only because I'd do any muscle training before cardio.

    i dont think it really makes THAT much of a difference. I always stretch and do my cardio first...usually 45minutes. then I do my abs / weight training. to each their own
