Looking pretty lean. You're definitely on target from what I can see of the upper body. What are your legs looking like? Your back side? What competition is it? And nice tatoos.

You look great. A few things though. Learn how to pose better and you will look much better..
Your legs look to be a little behind your upper body and I'm not sure if you are at 7 percent, seems like you are a bit higher.

your upper body is baddass man...very nice
your legs seem to be lagging though compared to your upper body you look good though -MetalWomen love money, the thing between your thighs, and a very impressive back squat
