What's The Best Mass Building Program EVER!!??

    Hi,

What's the best mass building program out there? HST & Doggcrapp seem to be among the most popular. But I want to hear it from you, which mass building program out there worked the best for you, preferably in the shortest time period?

I need a solid program for August that can promise good results.

HST and DC are more for hypertrophy. IMO if you are looking for mass try a 5x5 routine or Westside(or westside for skinny bastards).

What the hell is the difference between hypertrophy and mass?
It's not as hard as you think it is.

Umm, I think I know that bulking requires plenty of calories. I'm just looking for a solid training program to follow, you don't have to worry about my diet.

Thats so easy!!! Try eating a lot and a simple protein supp like Pro Complex for post workouts. Also do a intense program like Bob Paris "Flawless" on Master level for 10 weeks. You will get ripped trust me.

heres the link to it. Its a 10 week hardcore bodybuilding program. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...874074-5820647

I have done it a few times. I am currently on week 5 and I have seen the best results compared to any other bb program. Also if you cant goto the gym as many days as he prescribes just combine the leg days. That is what I do.

I always thought mass was strength and muscle increase, while hypertrohy was just focusing on muscle increase. It is possible to gain muscle and not gain strength. I am prolly wrong though.....

Mass is Muscle is hypertrophy. Just going by logic.
Yes, it's possible to gain muscle without strength, that would then be called ... gaining muscle without strength.

Yes, 5 sets of 5 reps. For me, when I do incorporte a 5x5 rer/set scheme into my workouts, I add both mass and strength.

Give HST a try, my roommate did it and added 1 inch to his arm in 8 weeks without going up in bf% much at all. He was a beginner though, only lifting for about 5 months, but regardless that is still very good gains for 8 weeks.

part of the dc program is progressing in weight or reps each week,so to say it is to train simply for hypertrophy and not size and strength is misleading.
