Bigger muscle or more complex muscle.. WHO WINS?

what is your opinion on this matter....
lets say we compare the triceps and the chest muscle. The chest has only 2 heads(pectoralis major and minor), and triceps has 3 individual heads.. which would you say requires more exercises and/or sets? The bigger muscle or the more complex muscle?

I agree, the third option appears to make the most sense.

Dude, muscles aren't "simple" and "complex". I think you're referring to carbs LOL

You gotta train the high glycemic muscles the hardest! lol

dude, I think you oversimplified the muscle physiology there just a tad bit. As far as heads go, alot of groups have two heads (calves, hams, bi's), but in my opinion they deserve slightly different training schemes.
