I have a few questions about my diet. I am currently 5'10" and weigh 135-140 lbs. My question is how many calories do I need to eat, by your estimate, to maintain my weight? I don't want to bulk until I get money for a gym membership. I currently eat 1500 calories a day spread over about 4 meals, but I don't think this is enough to sustain me. (I haven't weighed myself for a couple days, I have to go to the gym and do it). As far as exercise goes, all I'm doing are some freehand exercises a couple times a week and a daily walk of 15-20 minutes. What do you fellas think?

if you eat 1500 calories a day, and moderate excercise, you will more than likely lose weight. average people need roughly 2500 to maintain.
GOAL: BUILD LEAN MASS
SUPPLEMENTS: whey protein & creatine mono

it depends on ur body type... if 1500cals can maintain ur weight, and thats all u wanna do, then stay their. If u start loosing or gaining then tweak it a little bit. Its hard to say how many cals/ day u should be getting because they're r a lot of unknown factors such as BMR, activity level, ect. The best advice i can give u is just experiment w/ it.
