so these are pictures of me. ive never posted my pictures in here, but ive had em in my sig for a while, well at least my old ones, so go ahead and check those out if you want... but these are the 2 pictures ima show..

well, i started lifting 3 years ago, when i was a freshman in high school, but i wouldnt call that working out, it was screw around time in the weight room.. i started getting serious this last year. A lot of people think i do steroids, but i think its because when i was young, from about 6 - 12, i was in gymnastics, and we did intense training at least 3 nights a week, and every 2 weeks, we pretty much just worked out for 2 1/2 hours. Thats what i think gives me the boost. But lets put it this way, when i took last summer break off from lifting, and at the beginning of the year, i coudlnt put up 185, and now im getting 280.

very nice improvement trevor, from what i have seen in the gym your back is lookin HUGE compared to what it used to be, and you are getting a six pack ... very nice job!

From what I can see, your lats are lagging alot! I can assume your legs are too. I don't think your traps really got any bigger, but the angle is different in the second picture, and you may be pushing them out more. Nevertheless, keep up the progress, bodybuilding is not a race, it is a marathon.
