For me it's:
1. Protein blend--ON Pro Complex for best profile/value
2. Creatine--I like Green Mag and Vitargo CGL (usually mix them together)
3. Preworkout--White Flood
4. BCAAs + CM + BA---Purple Wraath or Core ABC. I love to sip this thru the day
5. Apldoan--I'm only 2 weeks in, but I feel I get better contrations, and damn do I get sore!
Favorite Prohormone: Bold
Favorite Steroid: SD (I tolerate it very well)
Please list your top 5, and steroid or prohormones if you use them. I do realize there is a supplement wars section, but I don't think it's complete enough and a lot is outdated.

Top 5 supplements that you would like to never train without
-

I dont think there are 5 supplements that I can say I would NEVER train without, but there are a few.
1) Postworkout shake. (can be a post specific product like Core Postworkout, Torrent, or just a mix of whey and some carb source)
2) Creatine. (I really like Green Mag, but have some more I still need to try)
3) Core ABC. (I dont use stims preworkout, so the combo of BCAAs, BA, and CM really help keep workout intesity high from start to finish)
4) Bulk Beta Alanine. (take care of the rest of my daily BA needs that arent covered by ABC)
From time to time I may add something to the mix, but those are the three that remain consistent.Last edited by dbc5; 09-01-2007 at 06:37 PM.

Whey: Dymatize or ON
Creatine & Arginine: Currently Satur8
Beta-Alanine & Citrulline Malate: IntraXcell & Stamin02 (it has fruit punch flavor and I got it for a SUPER GOOD price)
Multi (also my glucosamine!): Orange TRIad
Yeah, I'm really digging this stack right now. It's working really well. Besides Stamin02 being really tart, everything tastes really good. There's also glycocyamine in Satur8, but it really hasn't bothered me.
OrangeTRIad is the first supp with glucosamine that I've used and might I say it works well!

These are the things I would not like to train without:
Water
Clothing
Purple Wraath
IntraXCell
Some kind of thermogenic (I know, I know...)
I did not include multi-vitamins, Vigor or Co-Q10 because these are items I take daily, without regard to whether I am training or not. They are more for quality of life, in my opinion, than training anyway.Ongoing Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=106420991
