Hello everyone im currently new at this forum, I just browsed around and this site kicks ass very good site tanx!
Anyway to my problem im 19 years old and i have been going to the gym for almost 6 months now. I weight in about 150 im 5'8 11% body fat and I cant seem to get my abs in good shape, i mean i do see the cuts here and there but i want a very nice one. I started doing alot of cardio and i just started dieting a little any suggestions how i can improve my abs. appreciate it guys!

this is what i did for a couple of weeks, burnt a few pounds
15 mins. on Elliptical (HARD)
100 Crunches
15 mins. on StairMaster(not to hard)
50 sidebends each side
15 mins. on treadmill(running and walking mix)
50 Hanging Leg Lifts
15 mins. on Bike(80-100 rpms)
25 Crunches
15 sidebends each side
25 knee raises

i always found though a diet is key. having a good ab routine will make your belly tighter.

leg lifts
side leg lifts
plank holds-- these are great... i feel it makes my tummy tighter...
