1st set 185 lbs 16 reps
2nd set 225 lbs for 11 reps
3rd set 245 lbs for 9 reps
4th set 275 lbs 6 reps
kickbacks i do them laying down on the flatbench legs in air
1st set 20 lb db's 16 reps
2nd set 20 lb d'b 14 reps
3rd set 25 lb db's 9 reps
incline bb press 3 sets
1st set 175 lbs for 12 reps
2nd set 185lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 225 lbs for 8 reps
incline supinated presses 3 sets
1st set 55 lb db's 14 reps
2nd set 60 lb db's 10 reps
3rd set 65 lb db's 8 reps
2 hand db extentions
1st set 65 lb db 15 reps
2nd set 75 lb db for 12 reps
3rd set 90 lb db for 8 reps
decline flyes 4 sets no rest inbetween heavy/light
1st set 50 lb db for 8 reps
2nd set 35 lb db for 9 reps

so far p slin has done everything it claims to i prefer taking it with two cups of oats seems to give me the best affects its definately worth buying i recommend this product and will buy a few bottles soon my rest periods between sets have gone down and still same intensity no great strength gains from it but only used it a couple time good work on ur product usplabs im glad i got a bottle of anabolic pump in my cabinet now i m getting a taste of what to expect from it
