P Slin log/review

well i got my package today only 9 pills so it will not be a 10 day review sorry guys lol

will be hitting back/biceps today just took first pill .. i will be taking it with 2 cups of oats today i plan on experimenting on the carb intake with this product to find which works best for me gives me an excuse to kill some oatmeal .. will also try it with sweet potatoes as well ill be back to let u guys know how my workout went

alright guys im back from the gym i had 2 cups exactly of oats 2 scoops of white flood 17 minutes after i took the p slin .. now when i looked at their website a few weeks ago it looked like they were hyping up their products a bit too much and usually when u see this the products arent worth the hype at all

while i driving to the gym my biceps starting getting a tight/hardening feeling im not exactly sure if it was the p slin or not but i havent got that before i went to the gym ever....

now for the actually workout ....

i must admit im really impressed with this product it really felt like it enhanced the results of the white flood and also my resting periods between sets were not as long and i wasnt as beat down towards the end of the workout ... felt like i could have kept going.. at 2 cups of oats the results were great ... u guys have done a good job with this product and i already know im getting this in the future tomorrow is legs and i will go with 1 1/2 oats and see how it goes with that

well i just finished my leg workout decided to go with 1 1/2 cups of oats this time and maybe its because i have been doing alot of cardio this week but the energy was not there ..compared with having 2 cups of oats yesterday .. but overall it still was a good workout so id go with 2 cups over 1 1/2 ..tomorrow i might pump it up 2 1/2 cups of oats just to see how that goes

yeah man u got samples as well ? its a good product i plan on using different amount of carbs to actually find which works best for me will use sweet potatoes as well probably

well today i took p slin with 2 1/2 cups of oats and workout was great got the same hard feeling in my muscles like i did at 2 cups energy levels about the same so for the oats id go with 2 cups exactly so far that has benefited me the most during my workoutthe extra half cup wasnt really needed but i can tell a difference from 2 cups and 1 1/2 cups for me anyways

well did chest/triceps today actually ate 12 oz sweet potato with it and had an awesome workout since i saw others listing their workouts ill tell u what i did today

flat bench bb
incline bb
incline dumbbell supinated presses
decline flyes
kickbacks
db extentions

did 4 sets of flat bench
1st set 185 lbs 16 reps
2nd set 225 lbs for 11 reps
3rd set 245 lbs for 9 reps
4th set 275 lbs 6 reps

kickbacks i do them laying down on the flatbench legs in air
1st set 20 lb db's 16 reps
2nd set 20 lb d'b 14 reps
3rd set 25 lb db's 9 reps

incline bb press 3 sets
1st set 175 lbs for 12 reps
2nd set 185lbs for 10 reps
3rd set 225 lbs for 8 reps

incline supinated presses 3 sets
1st set 55 lb db's 14 reps
2nd set 60 lb db's 10 reps
3rd set 65 lb db's 8 reps

2 hand db extentions
1st set 65 lb db 15 reps
2nd set 75 lb db for 12 reps
3rd set 90 lb db for 8 reps

decline flyes 4 sets no rest inbetween heavy/light
1st set 50 lb db for 8 reps
2nd set 35 lb db for 9 reps
3rd set 50 lb db for 7 reps
4th set to failure 30 lb db;s for 12 reps


so far p slin has done everything it claims to i prefer taking it with two cups of oats seems to give me the best affects its definately worth buying i recommend this product and will buy a few bottles soon my rest periods between sets have gone down and still same intensity no great strength gains from it but only used it a couple time good work on ur product usplabs im glad i got a bottle of anabolic pump in my cabinet now i m getting a taste of what to expect from it

Nice workout, Glad you are seeing results from the P-Slin. Looks like you have got your carb intake right for you when taking the P-Slin.
When you get some of the P-Slin try using it with the AP.

P-Slin - Pre-workout meal
Anabolic Pump - with 2 other main Carb meals through day

This combo will definatley give you better strength, stamina and help with lean muscle gains too.

well last 2 days took my p slin with 2 cups of oats again it delivered today solid leg workout started off a bit slow since i was still waking up but went well

4 sets of squats
1st set 245 lbs for 15 reps
2nd set 315 lbs for 11 reps
3rd set 365 lbs for 7 reps
4th set 405 lbs for 4 reps

4 sets leg presses i usually do my leg presses high reps 15 to 25 reps i seem to get a better burn this way
1st set 450 lbs for 24 reps
2nd set 540 lbs for 21 reps
3rd set 630 lbs for 17 reps
4th set 720 lbs for 12 reps

single leg curls 3 sets
1st set 90 lbs for 14 reps
2nd set 115 lbs for 12 reps
3rd set140 lbs for 8 reps

leg extentions 4 sets(45 lb plates)
1st set 3 plates for 15 reps
2nd set 5 plates for 11 reps
3rd set 5 plates 12 reps
4th set 5 plates 8 reps

standing calf raises 3 sets
1st set 300 lbs for 35 reps
2nd set 300 lbs 32 reps
3rd set 300 lbs for 29 reps

overall had a good workout energy did not kick in until after my squats went rather smooth im thinkin of running p slin and ap for two months this winter should give some amazing results

well i took p slin last two days one with a cheat meal dominos oreo pizza which wasnt so good so only had a piece lol and this morning i took it with my oats at breakfast i notice my arms get a hardening affect from it wonder if anyone else is experiencing this as well i have one more left and saving it for friday since i only got nine in my sample packet lol

well took my last p slin today the short ride was good though lol took it again at 2 cups did chest today and had another great workout 2 cups of oats seems to give me the best results and this being my firs ttime trying usplabs products im very pleased and will give a final review thanks again to the guys at usplabs did my chest workout in about 35 minutes breezed through very solid short and sweet
